Received an SMS from an uncle while i was at work that grandpa passed away at his home. I was shocked cause he had been very healthy all these years and couldn't accept the fact. I returned the call, however the phone was left unanswered. Started messaging my cousins and checked Facebook if there were any messages about the death and true enough the SMS was factual.
I didn't know how to react and probably sat at my desk trying to process my thoughts. As I was pregnant, hormones were raging and tears suddenly gushed out like an uncontrolled faucet. Left for the day and informed Dear and went home to adorn appropriate attire before going over for the funeral rites.
This is my first death experience in the family that was to close to my heart for comfort.
